After a month at a stall the scale has MOVED!!

 I must say I was not as frazzled during this stall since its the second one I have had in a year but THE SCALE MOVED TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOO HOO!!! I am now only 4 pounds from my GOAL WEIGHT.............or shall I say my surgeons set goal weight for me. I have been at what I consider my goal weight of 160 for a while now :o) But he wants me at 150 and I am just 4 pounds away. What a GREAT motivation this morning to see that scale FINALLY move!! I never gave up ;o) Now with the holidays over I can brush the carbs back to the side and get back on track with working out! This has lit that fire back under me ;o) I just had to share!!!! Thanks everyone!!

Jilly, This is good news . I am so happy the scale is cooperating.  You can do the 4 pounds in no time. Don't give up you have come to far. HAPPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR to you and your family. Congratulations on your loss.

 Awwww thank you so much Laura. I feel incredible. I have so so much energy and I can do so many things I could not do last year at this time. Its beyond AMAZING! ;o) Now that I am over my stall I hope to be at goal in less then a few weeks. (((Hugs)))

That is so cool - really - so cool. Dr. K is going to be impressed...well as impressed as he can get! haha

The holidays were really hard for me this year...I just had to keep in mind that this is the last Christmas that I will look and feel the way I did. I thought about you a lot and your progress. My superhero!

Jilly, you are the best. Thank you. I'm getting really close! I had my series 1 blood test and chest x-ray and my last apppointment with Mary B is February 5th!

 Holy Cow!!!!!!!! That did go by fast! So come Feb your 6 months is up?? NO WAY!!!!! Now I am even MORE EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YUP!!! Feels like just yesterday I was at the seminar. Actually, it feels like I've been waiting a century, but that's just because I'm so sure I want to do this already! Dr. K's office will submit for insurance in early Feb, so I was thinking I might get a surgery date in March...is that too hopeful??? Noelle said Dr. K's surgery waiting list was probably no more than a month but Mary B said 3 months. I hope that's not the case. I wish they would schedule me and then cancel me if my insurance didn't approve (which I do not expect at all). How long do you think it will be?
