Woke up to "Onederland"

I am so excited this morning to wake up and see the scale start with a "1".....199.6!!!!!!

So far I have lost 106.4 pounds since April 7, 2009. I am going through the OH support group leader training in January and starting a support group in Calvert County. First meeting is 1/19/10 in Prince Frederick. I cannot believe how much has changed in 8 months.

That is so cool. i would love to see that number myself. Maybe after my 30 day challenge, things will change for the better. VERY happy for you!
