Everyone needs a good cry every now and then!! With the success you are having, that was a GOOD cry! Sometimes, I like NSV better than getting on the scale and seeing a couple lbs lost. Believe me, I get super excited when I see the scale moving in the right direction, but there is nothing like putting on a pair of jeans and they fit!! I feel exactly like you Heather, naked.....no...no....no, but when you see your hard work in clothes that is the pay off!!! Enjoy the way you feel and look. I love your new avatar and keep it up, you will be @ goal in no time!! Congrats! Leslie:)
