Special O.H Angels!!!!

I want to take the time to say THANK YOU so much to all of the very special people on here who jumped to help a fellow OH  friend when she needed us. It was in November when we started that Christmas collection. It showed me that so many special people are on this board that have such BIG HEARTS and to me THAT IS WHAT CHRISTMAS IS ABOUT!!! So whether you were able to donate money or a special gift, I want to say THANK YOU!!!!!!!! Even though the emails were done on Facebook and not on here I wanted to publically say THANK YOU on the Maryland Board because without this board none of you special people would be in my life. For that I feel blessed every single day. I have met some of the most amazing friends for life on this board and you know I hold you all so close. I hope you have a BLESSED CHRISTMAS and we ALL need to get together this weekend or next for brunch!!! Love you all!!!!! Thanks again ;o)

Jilly this is such a wonderful thing to have done. I just wish I had known about the collection. I sure would have helped. I will say thanks to all who helped. I always have said there are still good people out in this world. I am glad to know some are right here.

Awww Julie thank you honey. A few of us collected some money to get a Toys R Us Gift Card last month for a friend here on the OH Board. We wanted to take a wee bit of the stress of Xmas off her shoulders. We did it via facebook though which may be why you missed it. But I was so happy so many fellow OH members chipped in to help without hesitation. Christmas to me is all about GIVING!!! (((Hugs)))

Jilly, My Mom always told me better to give than receive. I love to give and just the expression on peoples faces is worth a million dollars. I do not know much about Facebook and maybe one day I will learn. Have a great holiday. Hope Santa was good to you and yours.

Julie you would LOVE facebook. I have got several people on there from this Maryland Board that didnt even know what Facebook was until I told them ;o) Its a GREAT social site. All you have to do is sign up and I can walk you through if you want. You get an avatar like on here and you get an email like on here too :o) You can have a friends list too so if you join let me know IM A FRIEND **Wink** Merry Christmas sweetheart!!

Leslie thank you for being so kind. That was very sweet of you to say!! I love to help people and get so much out of it. I just wish I was independantly wealthy because I would love to do for sooooooo many more.  ;o) Merry Christmas honey to you and your family!! 

I'm on the Md board on Facebook and I don't remember seeing it either. Maybe I haven't been officially added?? I'll have to check later :I  Im glad it worked out, Id much rather do something like that then buy meaningless gifts for someone.    Merry Christmas!

I agree 100% honey. I would too. It was not sent out as an email on the OH Facebook group because we didnt want the person it was intended for to see it honey :o) I will know for next time. I hope you had a blessed holiday. ~Jilly Durbin~
