So Thankful

that I had my RNY I am 33 months out and doing fantastic!  I sometimes go up a few pounds but I buckle down and lose them quickly before they stack up and it gets too hard to lose them. 
This has been the best decision for my health.  I have gotten my life back and my kids love that I can keep up with them. 

I am also thankful for the wonderful CIRCLE of GREAT friends that I have made over the last 3 years here on OH.  I have met some wonderful people that has given me nothing but unconditional love, support and friendship.  They have been there for me through thick and thin. 

I hope and pray that everyone has a Blessed Christmas and a prosperous New Year!

Please remember to be good to eachother and pay it forward!!
