MONDAY'S FEED BAG
Good morning!! What's everyone eating? Or don't we want to know? I baked a TON of cookies yesterday, and pre-op, breakfast the next morning would've been about 6-12 cookies. Not today! Thank goodness! I just don't feel the need to have that many - maybe 2, which I shouldn't even do, but it's not a dozen!!
Yesterday:
B - Turkey & mustard on multi-grain bagel
L - Cilantro/lime shrimp
S - 2 sugar, 2 chocolate chip cookies (just to make sure no one gets ill!)
D - Pot roast (Normally, I have a hard time eating pot roast, but Tyson and Hormel make pre-cooked entrees and I swear, their pot roast is divine and goes down easily!)
Today:
B - Protein coffee
L - Shrimp? Taco slop? Quiche?
D - ? Maybe going out, if not, see lunch!
All my fluid, all my vits!!!
Next!
