TUESDAY'S FEED BAG
So.....how's everyone's eating going? On Christmas, our menu will pretty much mimic Thanksgiving, with the addition of ham and some different desserts. So not what I want! If I were in charge, it'd be more of a ****tail party with a variety of finger foods. Guess that's why I'm not in charge!!! LOL!!
Yesterday:

Greek yogut with s/f peach preserves
L - Lime cilantro shrimp
D - Shrimp salad, cucumbers with Greek yogurt dip
S - Chocolate cupcake (wasn't worth it)

Well, my eating has sucked the last several days. Cabin fever and that time of the month has had the carb monster all over me...and of course I keep baking to use up ingredients...UGH! As of last night...I'm done!! I feel so gross!
Yesterday (grazing...UGH!):

pea soup w/ham
1 lemon poppyseed cookie

2 sweet potato cookies (had to taste them to be sure they were okay :)
leftover filet mignon cut up into a salad

80 oz. fluids, 90+ g protein, all my vits
