It is a lovely day in the neighborhood....
Good snowy morning to all. I hope everyone is inside toasty and warm. I guess the storm is really here. I looked outside and then had to take the dogs out. YUCK! Dogs could not hardly make it in the snow. Finally made a path for them and they were happy. I have put a pot of bean soup on in the crock pot and am thinking of baking cookies. I really want to bake but then with baking comes nibbling. That would not help me at all. I will do my best and use my willpower.
I hope everyone has a nice weekend and be safe if you will be out and about.

Hey Nessa, I am sure we will all be shoveling until spring. LOL. I hear we might get more snow next week. YUCK!!!! It sounds like it is a soup and chili weekend. Love the crock pot. I just tried matzah ball soup and I love it. I tried it from Double T Diner. Don't know how good it is compared to the real homemade soup but I liked it. Can't wait to go to real Jewish deli and try some. Oh well I am going to make some cookies and try to behave. Take care and have a safe weekend.

We're plowed under here in Ellicott City. Unfortunately, I am useless in terms of shoveling today. Thankfully, my two fourteen year olds are stuck here so they're helping my wife. They finishsed the first shovel at 11:15 and they're out there again now. It looks like they have another 6 inches to shovel and it's coming down hard still. No plans to go anywhere today - but we have the four wheel drive just in case we get cabin fever too badly. There's talk of baking, but suprisingly I don't even care - that's weird
