3 THINGS FOR FRIDAY
Okay, bread, milk, toilet paper? Check! LOL!!! Nothing like the potential for snow to make people even more insane they already are. Give me a break people! We're NOT Laura Ingalls - we're not going to starve! Sheesh! That being said, today I'm grateful for:
1. The possibility of snow!! I LOVE it! LMAO! I especially love it that my brother's off this weekend - it's a mess trying to deliver mail in the snow! Plus, he's never home when it snows to enjoy it with the kids, so I hope it does snow some. I'll be in the house doing elf-like things, so I really don't care what it does.
2. Today is my last day of work for the year. This week has just sucked for me, and I'm happy to see it end!
3. I get to see some friends tonight - should brighten my mood somewhat! Okay, that and a glass of wine - or two!

Quickly before it snows, here's my three things!
1. It's been a wonderful year mostly - and I have my Lapband to thank!
2. Got a check in the mail that wasn't expected - and is much needed!
3. I passed this Fall Semester, and am looking forward to the next semester - my final semester - I should be graduating in May! Whoot Whoot!
4. My friends here and in real life, and some of ya'll are both! - As tired as I may be at times, getting a giggle going here and there just puts me in a good mood and makes me forget I'm tired!!!
5. JCPenneys - gotta love them for making me work many hours! And I've been told I'll stay on after the holidays although I may only work 1 or 2 days a week; I told Sharon the scheduler that that's fine with me as long as I get to keep my associate discount LOL! She said that it's a given. LOL
6. One of my friends who told me that one day I'll be so skinny she'll have a hard time finding me in a place LOL. She's offered to take me out the day after Christmas when I get off at 4 PM.
7. Snow in the forecast - doesn't start until right about when I get off work tonight; and fortunately, I live off of main roads, so I'm not so concerned about traveling to and from work this weekend. If there's a little snow - everyone may be in the Christmas spirit and shop, but if it snows too much, we just may have some quiet evenings at work, and maybe, just maybe, some of us might be able to leave early. GRIN....I hope to be one of those!
I'm not quite as excited about the snow, but I'm glad you all are! LOL I am going to spend tomorrow baking...banana bread, cookies...maybe some fudge. I have my grandsons tonight...and from the sounds of it, maybe for the rest of the weekend...LOL
1. My car loan got approved, so I'll be getting my new car next week. I'm truly scared to drive mine much anymore - the transmission is starting to go and that worries me. So, next week, I'll have my new Santa Fe and all will be right with the world.
2. Our movie night tomorrow night got cancelled, but that means snuggling with da man on the couch. Yay...

Aw, have fun with the grandbabies - if they're anything like my B, they'll want to be the taste-testers!!!!
I'm so glad you're getting a new, reliable vehicle!!! I LOVE my Hyundai - and my next one will be another. Not sure if another Sonata or the Sante Fe.
Have fun snuggling with Bob! I'm jealous. Not that you're snuggling with Bob, of course, just snuggling!!! LOL!!!

Today, I'm grateful...
1. That today is also MY last day of wor****il next year. I have one more report to do and then I can relax! Now...to find the strength to get it done...LOL!
2. That the mall wasn't too crazy last night. Mike dragged me there again and it really didn't hurt too much!
3. Friends, friends, friends....they sustain me!!
