WEDNESDAY'S FEED BAG
I confess I didn't eat too well yesterday, as most of it was on the run. Sigh. Today, I'm back on track!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
L - 1/2 French dip sandwich
D - Hot & sour soup, egg roll, 1 tablespoon of fried rice
Today:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt with apple butter
L - Broccoli quiche
D - Pot roast with veggies
All my fluids, all my vits!
Next!
Yesterday:
B - Chai Latte
L - pork bbq
S - tea latte from SB
D - 1/2 cup of lentil soudp, 1/2 gyro wrap (minus wrap) and a few fries from Double T
S - 3 small pieces leibkucken
Today:
Pre-B - Chai Latte
B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
L - second 1/2 gyro wrap (minus wrap) from Double T
D - pork bbq and baked beans
B - Greek Yogurt & protein shake
S - Laughing Cow cheese
L - Bean Soup
D - Refried beans
S - Popcorn
TODAY
B - Protein shake & Coffee
S - Laughing Cow Cheese
L - Tuna Salad w/lite mayo & a half of a pickle
S - South Beach Diet protein bar
D - Chili (?)
S - SF popsicle for sure!
AND, QUESTION FOR YA, HOW COME WE ARE THE ONLY 3 THAT EVER RESPOND TO THIS QUESTION? LOL!

I wondered the same thing - often!! It's hard to be accountable in public, but IMO, it's harder to be accountable to yourself.
I'm human, I don't have any problem admitting that I have screwed up eating days. And hell, yes, some of it is even emotional eatings. I just figure as long as I reign it in before it gets out of control, that's an NSV for me!!!!
