Thanks Heather, it is hard to believe a year has gone by so fast and I feel so much better.
It is like having a new look on life.  Best gift I could of ever given myself.

I have learned so much and have met so many nice people at the Crofton meetings.
Your a good friend and have done a wonderful job yourself.

Thanks so much for thinking of me, your the best.   I woke up this morning a much happier person than I was a year ago and so thankful I had this done.  I still have more to go but this has been a wild ride and a good jump start on the weight.
Thanks for being such a good friend and you know when you are ready I will be right there for you.
