3 THINGS FOR MONDAY
Good Afternoon!!! I'm on my lunch break and thought I would drop in and say Hi!
Today I am grateful:
1. That I am FINALLY back to work, and I am liking my new job!
2. For Tia!!! Your the best!!!
3. For my dad, because he works so hard to keep things going. He worked on my car friday night and got it running again.
Hope everyone has a great day!
Hugs,
Becki

Tia it sucks to be woken up, but atleast it was a good thing. I too was woken up early this morning... 4am, to Tristan giggling. While you may say "AWWWW".... the minute I saw that clock that feeling disappeared. This is the second morning this has happened.
So, despite the early morning.... my 3 things are
1. My grandma bought us groceries! RNY friendly groceries this weekend... since Brad's out of work I am despirately trying to make rent.
2. I start my new job tomarrow at the nursing home making $2.00 more and hour than my current one and Brad starts training with my boss for a position... it's less than his old job and he doesn't get paid for the training which could take up to 6 weeks, but it's better than the 0 prospects he has now.
3. I LOST 7 POUNDS!!!! Wooo Hooo! I am back on track baby. I am doing really well getting off the carb high I was running while pregnant and I didn't eat the f*ing donuts my co-worker kept bringing in...and I so wanted to! YAY!
I also have a #4!
I met one of my personal goals this weekend. When you're as big as I was, you can't even buy clothes at wal-mart. This weekend I walked into walmart and walked out with 3 new pairs of scrubs! Size 2x! (My old pre-op ones were 5x)
So yep.... despite my little man's early mornings... I am very happy.

Giggle!!! Sorry, Victoria - but it does make me say, "Awwww!" and that's because it's not ME!!! LOL!!! But I know you're so blessed to have that baby!!
Sounds like your life is full of blessings right now - including your grandma, your new job and Brad's training. AND THE 7 POUNDS!!! You go, girl! I'll keep everything crossed that things are on the upswing for you.
And I SO hear you on being able to shop at Walmart - I, too, was very limited - plus size catalogs and Catherine's and that was IT! What a relief!!!! Good for you!!
Hugs,
Tia
