Go to DC for a walk around the national Xmas tree and hot toddies?? What does Baltimore have for Xmas displays??

There's some street that goes way out with the lights... i can't remember where... Hampden maybe?

Hello Dean, Hope you are doing well. Missed you at the meeting the other night. Yes we do go down to DC and walk around. It is so hard to find parking down there. I have also heard of the lights in Baltimore on 34Th street are nice. I can remember when the stores in DC decorated their windows. They were beautiful but I guess those days are long gone. We always go to Ocean City for the lights. You ride the train around the park and the lights are very nice. We went up for a couple days after Thanksgiving and saw the lights. We stayed on the Boardwalk at a nice hotel and just tried to relax. We did have a nice time and the weather was not to bad.  Well take care and hope you are OK. Still in the "Dog House" . No family sharing this season.  Seperate corners and families this time.
May head up to Longwood Gardens this weekend.  Always beautiful there

Great Dean glad to hear you are better. Sorry you are in the Dog House. Hope you can get out soon. Keep your head up and feet stepping. Things always seem to work out when we least expect them to. I hope no matter what you do for the holiday you have a great one. Be sure to do something nice for yourself no matter how big or small it may be.

Thanks for the post and concern. I dont have the expections of a Rockwell Xmas.  Been there done that.  Just time out of the "Dog House" and some hand holding to the movies.  

Dean, I will hope and pray that you get what you are asking for. I just want a plain simple Christmas. I try to explain to my family Christmas is just one day and we have all year to be with each other and share things be it good or bad. Have a nice holiday and I will say a prayer for you.
