THURSDAY'S FEED BAG
I'm finishing up the last of my chili, might make some beef stew this weekend!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee

D - 1/2 Chicken Chesapeake wrap
Today:
B - Protein coffee
4 chicken nuggets
L - Chili
S - Popcorn
D - ?
All my fluids, all my vits!

Mmmmm...beef stew!! It might be time to whip up another of those for me too!

B - blueberry greek yogurt
S - protein bar
pretzels
L - chili w/pepperjack cheese (YICK...the pepperjack made it too hot!!)

D - italian sausage stew
64 oz. fluids, 83g protein, all my vits

L: 1c. chili with a little bit of sharp cheddar
s: beef jerkey
D: light chicken and rice soup
s: 1/2 bannana
all my fluids and vitamins
Today despite the stress telling me to eat crap....

L: chili with yougurt cheese
D: I have a healthy choice cafe steamers chicken margareta... I've never had it before... i hope it's good.
I'll probably let myself have popcorn and maybe a bannana later.... since I'm craving the chips and donuts in the closet (i'm at work)
so far only about half my fluids, but all my vitamins are in.
