WEDNESDAY'S FEED BAG
What's everyone eating? Nothing appeals to me right now - ever get like that? Almost like it's too much effort to fix something/eat. Blah!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
Chocola
S - Cheesesticks
L - Seafood salad
S - Popcorn
D - Shrimp and broccoli
S - Sliver of coconut cake
Today:
B - Protein coffee
4 chicken nuggets
S - Cheesesticks
L - Chili
D - ?
All my fluids, all my vits!

Yesterday:
B: Protein supplement & mango pineapple trail mix
L: Kirkland shake & 3 pieces Godiva mmmm
S: 1/4 cup mixed nuts
D: 6" Subway pizziola sandwich and 1/2 serving baked lays, 1/2 serving pannatone cake
Today:
B: protein supplement, an orange & 2 pieces Godiva
S: 1/4 cup nuts
L: Shake & ???
D: something from the freezer, need to empty that before leaving on vacation
B: Protein supplement & mango pineapple trail mix

L - it's payday and I'm in the mood for a whoppah.
D - Hamburger and veggies
All of my fluids yesterday - and more - I felt like I was hydroplaning LOL
Today, I intend to tackle the fluids in the same amount, and Boss Kelly has helped me by giving me the Lemon Lime Power Ade Zero to try.

s: handfull popcorn
D: 1 1/2c. chicken stirfry
s: apple
108 g protein and 104 oz. fluids! I take a handful of vitamins every morning and evening when my hubby takes his seizure meds so I can't forget them!
So, you guys can be honest here, does this sound about right? I am trying to get back on track since being pregnant and I'm a little rusty!

s: beef jerkey
D: light chicken and rice soup
will be 118g protein and I'm still working on the fluid, so far i'm only at 40 oz.

I had problems producing enough and then I got H1N1 and the tamiflu dried my out so no, not nursing. Carbs are killer... I had to eat them during the pregnancy because I kept loosing weight and leaking keytones.... it's really hard to stay away from them now... much harder than the begining.
