What's everyone eating?  Nothing appeals to me right now - ever get like that?  Almost like it's too much effort to fix something/eat.  Blah!

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
      Chocola

S - Cheesesticks

L - Seafood salad

S - Popcorn

D - Shrimp and broccoli

S - Sliver of coconut cake

Today:

B - Protein coffee
      4 chicken nuggets

S - Cheesesticks

L - Chili

D - ?

All my fluids, all my vits!

Yesterday:

B: Protein supplement & mango pineapple trail mix

L: Kirkland shake & 3 pieces Godiva mmmm

S: 1/4 cup mixed nuts

D: 6" Subway pizziola sandwich and 1/2 serving baked lays, 1/2 serving pannatone cake

Today:

B: protein supplement, an orange & 2 pieces Godiva

S: 1/4 cup nuts

L: Shake & ???

D: something from the freezer, need to empty that before leaving on vacation

Yesterday:

B - scrambled egg leftovers and coffee

L - missed it

D - Bare Baja Burrito from Baja Fresh ( instead of being wrapped in tortilla - it's on a bed of romaine lettuce)

Today:

B - coffee

L - it's payday and I'm in the mood for a whoppah.

D - Hamburger and veggies

All of my fluids yesterday - and more - I felt like I was hydroplaning  LOL

Today, I intend to tackle the fluids in the same amount, and Boss Kelly has helped me by giving me the Lemon Lime Power Ade Zero to try.

I do have phases like that ...ugh!

Yesterday:

Pre-B - Chai Latte
B - blueberry greek yogurt
     banana
L - chili w/cheese
     homemade applesauce
S - cornbread
      protein bar
      After Eights (3)
D - chicken breast
      corn
      dollop of mashed potatoes
S - homemade cranberry bread YUM
LNS - warm milk w/splenda

80oz. fluids, 90g protein, all my vits

Today:

Pre-B - Chai Latte
B - blueberry greek yogurt
L - chili w/cheese
     cranberry bread
S - protein bar
D - italian sausage stew

Anyone else?

Wish I could give you mine...decided to be brave and add some melted pepper jack cheese.  Now it's too hot...I'm such a wuss!

Yesterday I ate:
B: Protein shake
L: 1c. chili with 1 tbs. parm cheese
s: handfull popcorn
D: 1 1/2c. chicken stirfry
s: apple

108 g protein and 104 oz. fluids!  I take a handful of vitamins every morning and evening when my hubby takes his seizure meds so I can't forget them!

So, you guys can be honest here, does this sound about right? I am trying to get back on track since being pregnant  and I'm a little rusty!

Today I'm eating/ have eaten:
B: protein shake
L: 1c. chili with a little bit of sharp cheddar
s: beef jerkey
D: light chicken and rice soup

will be 118g protein and I'm still working on the fluid, so far i'm only at 40 oz.

Looks good to me.  Of course, if you're nursing, you'll obviously have different requirements, but as long as you get in all your fluids and watch the carbs, it looks okay!

I had problems producing enough and then I got H1N1 and the tamiflu dried my out so no, not nursing. Carbs are killer... I had to eat them during the pregnancy because I kept loosing weight and leaking keytones.... it's really hard to stay away from them now... much harder than the begining.
