TUESDAY'S FEED BAG
Yesterday:
B - coffee and protein shake (separately of course)
L - lunch meat and sharp cheddar cheese chased by a few kettle crisp chips
D - tuna helper and a side of green beans
Dessert - Laced koolaid and a pack of peanuts
Today:
B - coffee
L - scrambled egg leftovers and lunch meat with some cheese
D - don't know - depends on how late I get out tonight after the exam.
Dessert - depending on how I felt about the exam, I may either have a NSA ice cream or a laced koolaid.
Awesome job on the fluids - I drank close to 90 ounces yesterday.
Today, I'll try to do the same since I'm 48 ounces into coffee already.

L - chili w/cheese

S - protein bar
D - chicken or italian sausage stew...depends on what Mike feels like tonight
