One year post op and feeling FAB!!!!

I am going to try and squeeze in time today for my blog update but WOW what a year!!! Thank you to all those *****membered. This year has been AMAZING!!!! I would do it ALL again! I am so very blessed and I LOVE MY RNY!!! Dr K is AMAZING and he did save my life. I was 311.8 pounds the day I went in for my surgery Dec 4 2008. I will attach photos below...or atleast TRY to. lol Today I am 159.2 and I cant get over it. All that weight GONE in a year...........under  a year really since I have been at a bit of a stall. But atleast its not a gain so I will take it. But this year has taught me HOW TO LIVE AGAIN! I have also learned how to make better choices, how to stay active and healthy and how to be responsible for what I eat...........WOW a year has made a HUGE impact on my life and so have ALL OF YOU!!! I LOVE MY O.H family and I am BLESSED to have you all in my life. Thanks for being there for me through one of the HARDEST years of my life.................I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!!!
