hey all,

i have been busy at work, sorry i havent been on! holiday season is here!

last night, my son offered me a deep fried mozzerella stick. i made the mistake of thinking that if i took the breading off i could try it. WRONG!! there was grease (cooking oil i guess) on the cheese. i ate the mozz, the cheese got to my pouch, and then i started to violently vomit! it was horrible! i make sure to stay away from fat, but i gotta say this was a mistake i wont ever forget! a couple hours later after i recovered, i felt like a complete idiot!

fatty/oily foods are to be avoided right?  i know i will be avoiding all forms, not "trying" for me!

just wanted to share...

ugh... lesson learned huh?

I'm sorry you were sick.   I've been stuck a few times from eating too fast but I've never vomitted thankfully....

I've heard to avoid fat and sugar... I've been doing both...

Hi Brian!  Happy Holidays!

I'm sorry you had to experience that, it's definitely unpleasant.  Not everyone dumps from sugar and fat - some don't dump from either, and some people dump more from one than the other.

Of course, our bodies need GOOD fat, but, as you learned, not the deep-fried kind!

Hugs,

Tia
