MONDAY'S FEED BAG
BRRRRR!! Feels like chili weather!! Fortunately, the last time I made some, I froze a batch, so all I have to do is pull it out of the freezer, add some cheese and Greek yogurt and voila!
Friday:

D - Black bean soup with shredded chicken

Greek yogurt with apple butter

D - Shrimp and veggies

I had a great weekend food-wise. I had really been struggling, but it seems to be getting easier and I'm having to rely on shakes less and less, which is awesome. I hate those freakin' shakes!
*Remember I eat backwards since I'm nocturnal :)
Yesterday:
B- Taco casserole (made with ground beef, kidney beans, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, and cheddar cheese) with a couple tortilla chips
S-- 1/3 mango
L- Salad of romaine, carrots, red cabbage, red onion, tomatoes, pickled peppers, tuna, and fat-free Italian dressing
S- apple
D- 3 oz. shrimp
yogurt
Today:
B- Garlic shrimp w/ zucchini and squash
L- Salad with tuna
D- ?
I'll add a snack or 2 in there.

It is indeed Chili weather! I made a big pot of three bean chili and some homemade cornbread yesterday...NUM YUMMY!!!!
