THURSDAY'S FEED BAG
So what's everyone eating today? Last night, I made some Neopolitan Bean Soup from a packaged mix. Tastes ALMOST as good as homemade!!! Since the weather's supposed to turn, I'll probably fire up the oven on Saturday afternoon and do a pot roast and veggies.
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt with preserves
S - Cheesesticks
L - Ham, turkey & cheese on flatbread crackers
D - Hot & sour soup & shrimp and broccoli
Today:
B - Greek yogurt with apples
L - Bean soup
D - Pizza Hut Thin Crust Veggie Pizza

Yesterday:
B: 2 cups tea
Indian stuffed naan
an orange
L: Indian lentils, cauliflower & potatoes
S: Linzer cookie
D: homemade beef tacos, 1 with the tortilla, 1 without
2/3rds of a Mike's hard lemonade
Dessert: 2 gingerbread cookies and 3 pieces of Toffifay
Today:
B: 2 tblsp protein supplement (because I am getting about 30 gms without it daily)
2 cups tea
1/4 cup mixed nuts
L: maybe a protein shake, maybe nothing (got a dentist appointment over lunch)
S: gingerbread cookies
D: Who knows? Plan is to go out someplace since sis is out of town and we have a couple seafood places we wanted to try

That soup sounds good...I may have to make some in the crock pot this weekend! It's supposed to be cold!

D - 1/4c. diced chicken thigh in gravy, 1oz mixed veggies
2oz protien shake, 8oz water
Today
8oz water, 2 oz protien shake, 16 oz hot tea
B - ham and cheese roll up, 1 oz banana, 1 saltine cracker
8oz herbal tea, 24 oz water, 2 oz protien shake
L - 1/4 c diced chicken thigh in gravy, 2 tbsp pureed pumpkin, 2 tbsp spinach
24 oz water, 2 oz protien shake
D - 3/8 c. homemade chili, 2 tbsp pureed pumpkin
2 oz protien shake, 16 oz water
