So what's everyone eating?  I'm in a food rut again - thanks to Thanksgiving, there was no room in our fridge for anything else, so I haven't really prepared anything - which can be my downfall.  I'm going to fix that this weekend.

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt with s/f strawberry preserves

S - Cheese sticks

L - Southwestern Chicken Soup

D - 1/2 slice cheese pizza

S - S/f rice pudding

Today:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt w/apples

L - Turkey, ham & cheese rollups

D - ?

All my fluids, all my vits!!

If I can remember:

B: 2 cups coffee & 2 cups tea; just didn't feel like eating anything

L: Kirkland (Costco brand) chocolate meal replacement shake
    Indian food made of some green leaves and spices

S: 2 samoa cookies
     1/4 serving of rum cake (mmmm)

D: 1/2 cup Bertolli lemon herb shrimp penne
      1/4 cup Wanchai chili garlic chicken

1470 calories
not enough effing protein

UGH...I hate not being at home!

Yesterday:

B - 2 Chai Latte's
      another 8 oz. of skim milk
S - yogurt
L - turkey jerky
S - couple of cookies
D - California Pizza Kitchen single serving thin crust pizza
LNS - watermelon

70 oz. fluids, 105g protein, all my vits

Today:

Pre-B - Chai Latte
B - apple's and cinnamon oatmeal w/vanilla protein powder
L - pretzels
S - protein bar
D - shrimp scampi
      couple of cookies
LNS - watermelon
