What's everyone eating? 

Yesterday:

B - Greek yogurt with apples

S - Cheese sticks

L - Ham & Swiss on flatbread crackers

D - Turkey/gravy and stuffing

Today:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt with s/f strawberry preserves

L - Soup

D - ?

All my fluids, all my vits!!!!

Yanno - I am beginning to realize I'm not getting enough calories/protein in lately.  Thanks to this board's Feedbag!  I will do my best to improve but here's what it looked like yesterday and made me realize why I'm stalling.

B - Coffee and chewable vitamin

L - one pack of 90 calories lunch meat with 2 strips of bacon

D - two slim jims - the tiny ones with tabasco sauce

Late Night Snack - chicken thigh (this was after I realized oh crap, I'm not "eating enough")

A measley 54 ounces of fluids ( still needed to get another 48 ounces to compensate for the coffee)


Today -

B  Coffee (ran late so no time to grab proteinies)

L - two packs of 90 calories lunch meat with about 2 or 3 ounces of swiss cheese

D - class tonight, but I'll get nuggets to go.

Night Snack - not sure yet.

32 ounces of water already down the hatch - but that's offsetting the 48 ounces of coffee this morning - so 66 ounces more to go.  Got two Power Ades in the fridge and guess what!  Target sported the two new Lifewater flavors - Strawberry Dragonfruit and the Cherimoya Punch.  Strawberry Dragonfruit wasn't too too shabby and the Cherimoya Punch which is a light tropical fruit flavor - almost like a pineapple'sh, papaya'ish, mangoish taste.   I like it.  :)
