MONDAY'S FEED BAG
I'm with ya...too many carbs for me for sure. I'm making an effort to reduce my intake!
Yesterday:
Pre-B - Chai Latte
B - blueberry greek yogurt
L - pretzels
D - ham and bean soup
ritz snowflake crackers
S - pineapple greek yogurt w/mandarin oranges
70 oz. fluids, 62g protein, not many vits (BOO!)
Today:
Pre- B - Chai Latte
B - raisins and spice oatmeal
L - ham and bean soup
S - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
D - Wendy's chili
LNS - protein bar
NEXT!!!
