Ok, I blew my mind today

Had to go shopping for incidentals,, like food, when I tried on a jacket in BJs, XL didn't fit,, Large DID, I honestly cannot remember wearing a L, yea my Fruits maybe, but not a shirt or jacket.

Yay!!! I still find myself picking up larger stuff or picking up things in my size, looking at them incredulously, like now ay in hell will I fit in these! and then i do!!!

I do the same thing Sylvie - and even when I was shopping at JCP a couple weeks ago, I was like daring myself to buy a medium - but scared to go try it on in the fitting rooms - which I hear are a mess nowadays - so thank goodness I'm coming back to them tonight for the holiday season!  Got home and tried them on, and was pleasantly surprised - to think I used to be in the plus size department, and I felt so out of home looking for clothes in the regular size department.  Hopefully by working there, I can downsize my mental image and truly believe I am not plus size anymore.  That's one of the hardest things to fight, the concept that we should be in bigger clothes when we are actually smaller.  SIGH

I bought 4 dresses at Goodwill Saturday, and when I look at them, I can't believe my ass fits in there lol

I wish I'd done photos every month after surgery, maybe then it would have stuck.

YEY!! Oh I can't wait until that happens to me!
