WEDNESDAY'S FEED BAG
Okay, what's everyone eating? I'm in the mood for poached eggs with salsa this a.m. instead of my usual Greek yogurt.

D - Steak with broiled mushrooms, broccoli and mashed cauliflower

I hear ya! Sometimes, you just have to have a warm breakfast to start the day...especially with this weather.

L - italian sausage stew
small piece carrot cake
D - 1/2 chicken breast
1/4 acorn squash
64 oz. fluids, 60g protein, all my vits
Today:
Pre-B - Chai Latte
B - overeasy egg, cheese, and half a toasted bagel
S - Raisin and Spice Oatmeal
L - mini meatballs and sauce
S - greek yogurt w/mandarin oranges or baked apples
D - not sure yet
