3 THINGS FOR WEDNESDAY

Aw, thank you.  Drew and Donna are such a great couple.  One of those that you just knew when you met them in the beginning that they were destined to be together forever, and they love each other so much.

Tia- glad you get to spend some time with George and woohoo on the closing!

Heather-  Don't do too much - take it easy on that back and woohoo on t he work truck for hubby
and Congrats on the new addition to the family.

Bernice:  glad your family arrived safely

Today I am THANKFUL for

1.  My sister in law who has invited us for dinner tomorrow;  Its going to be a rough year
for them :  my nephew is going thru a divorce and they may not get to see his kids tomorrow

2.  For my friends :  As Tia said had it not been for WLS I would have not met you all- can not imagine my life without you:  well yes I can -  pre WLS !

3.  Going to go to the Festival of Trees Saturday :  I just love Xmas decorations.

Screech!!!  That was the sound of brakes being applied - I don't get to see him today, after all.  He's got to meet with his realtor at 4 to sign some VA paperwork, and then pick up his kids.  Sigh.  The good thing is, he suggested that we join a trivia contest at a local bar on Monday nights (together), and that he wants us to take a creative writing course in the spring college semester.  I'd told him how much I love to write, and he does, too, and said he'd love for us to attend together.  So....yes, I'm disappointed, but what can I do?  Don't cry, Darla, the house settlement is next week!!!  LOL!!!

That really bites that your nephew might not get to see his children.  Parents don't realize how tough divorce is on kids and how they can end up blaming themselves.  Hopefully, he can talk to them on the phone and assure them of his love.

I'm going to TRY to go on Saturday with you - but I have a TON of things to do.  I think it depends how much I get done on Friday!

It'll be okay.  I just feel it in my gut, ya know?  Once he gets settled in the house, there'll be time for me - he promised!!!!  LOL!!  He knows it bothers me - says it bothers him, too, but I'm not giving him a hard time, because what choice is there? 

But thanks for the support!!!!  I know you'd kill for me if necessary!!!!  LOL!!!

Grrrr....come on December 1st!! 

We'll all be available to help Darla out, if the time comes!  LOL!  But you knew that already!!

Awww, no need.  He misses me, too!  Once he gets settled on December 1, he's off to Mississippi for a week for work.  Sigh.

And THAT'S why we planned ahead to spend NYE together!!!

Okay, well come on NYE!!!
