TWO things
First off-make Tia's pumpkin mousse (posted under her "surviving thanksgiving" topic). Seriously. Amazing. I used a 15 oz can of pumpkin, 3 8oz tubs of whipped cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of pumpkin pie spice, 1 tablespoon of splenda which I'm not sure if I would have noticed if it wasn't there. I used three tubs of sugar free cool whip. It made enough to fill four tubs back up (I'm taking it to Thanksgiving). I froze it and it should thaw ok on T-day.
Second-I weighed myself in the nurse's office at the school where I teach- TWO NINETY-NINE! WOOOOOOOO :-P Fourty-one since pre-op started, twenty-one since surgery.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I'm so glad you liked it!!!! I'm making it tomorrow for Thursday myself - am going to layer it in a clear glass bowl with crumbled s/f gingersnaps. I'm not a fan of pie crust, so I won't miss that at all!!!
And that is AWESOME on the 41 pounds total!!!!! You go!!!!!!
Keep up the good work!!!
Hugs,
Tia
