Mom made her famous mac & cheese last night - OMG!!! I had a forkful. YUM!!!!!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt with apples
L - Shepherd's pie
D - Bean soup
Forkful of mac & cheese
S - Cookies & cream ice cream
Today:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt
L - ?
D - ? Dinner at Applebee's - probably steak or shrimp
All my fluids, all my vits!

B - Banana Nut Cheerios with skim milk
L - Pastrami and Turkey slices with a side of cheese
D - leftover Salsa Chicken & Rice, with black beans added.
Dessert - NSA Banana Split Icecream
Today:
B - coffee
L - ham and turkey with a side of cheese
D - chicken nuggets - it's class night
Dessert - ? Probably head straight to bed when I get home from class
All of my fluids and vitamins yesterday
Plan to have all of my fluids today, already had the vitamins.

You just reminded me that I need to bake my apples. I meant to do it yesterday but after making meatballs, spaghetti sauce, a carrot cake, and 2 lbs of chicken breasts (they were too old for humans but I made them for the dogs), my back was screaming!
I have tons to make for Thursday and will probably start today so that I'm not killing myself to get it all done tomorrow!
