Since Friday seems so long ago, I'll post what I ate yesterday!

B - Protein coffee
      Scrambled eggs with cheese, 2 slices bacon, 1/4 piece of wheat toast

L - Slice of cheese pizza

D - Crab cake
       Few french fries
       Peas and carrots

S - Cookies & cream ice cream

Today:

B - Greek yogurt with baked apples

L - ?

D - ?  Possibly dinner with George, so who cares???!!!!  LOL!!!

All my fluids, all my vits!!

Good Morning!

Yesterday...

B - Protein bar

L - 1/2 an Asiain Grilled Chicken salad from Applebee's

D - The other half of the Grilled Chicken salad from Applebee's

S - Diet Hot Chocolate

I either ate the dinner too fast or at too much salad. After I had the hot choco (felt fine before), I suddenly felt that familiar feeling. It lasted well into the night. But I am OK this am. Needless to say, I am not in the mood for salad today!!!!

I did badly Saturday after I got home with eating, so I tried to do better yesterday:

B - Chai Latte
L - italian sausage stew
D - chicken potpie
       apple sauce
S - warm milk

64 oz. fluids, 75g protein, most of my vits

Today:

B - Chai Latte
S - greek yogurt/mixed fruit protein shake
L - italian sausage stew
D - chicken something

I will miss the food in Italy!!

Yesterday:

B - two slices of scrapple, and some scrambled eggs

L - left over salad from the night before with some deluxe mixed nuts on the side.

D - homemade chili

Dessert - NSA banana split ice cream

Today:

B - bowl of banana nut cheerios with skim milk

L - Pastrami and turkey sliced lunch meat with some cheese on the side

D - leftover Salsa Chicken while everyone else eats the tuna helper.

Hubby made a spiral glazed ham yesterday, so I had ham, ham, and more ham! :) 

Yesterday

B- protein coffee

L- Ham

D- Ham
piece of spinach quiche minus the crust

S- apple
popcorn

Today

B-- 2 pieces of cheese (was rushing to the doctors)

L- Beef stew

D- Beef stew

I'll have to throw a protein shake or coffee in there somewhere.
