Try the unflavored Unjury powder - I much prefer it. I also like the EAS Myoplex Lite shakes (and they have them at Walmart). They aren't real sweet tasting.
Chili is packed with protien and easy to digest. I made my own the other day because I know what goes in it and am trying to break any and all fast food habits. I made mine with 97% lean ground beef, black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatos, onions and celery chopped very fine, and garlic, as well as a can of no salt added tomato sauce. I still put it in the food processor (for me) since we'll be on mushies about 3 - 5 weeks.
