10 month follow up visit today

Hi everyone!!!

I have my 10 month visit today with my surgeon and I'm grumpy.  This is the first month I haven't lost anything.  I keep losing and gaining the same 3 pounds.  I suppose this is the stall that everyone talks about.  I just hope my doc won't be mad at me.  Oh well.

I also get to see if my labs are ok... which me luck :)

I hate going to the doc when the scale is not cooperative.

I know... it puts all of those "old feelings" in my head and it makes me question my behaviors over the last month.  I've been good for the most part.

I hope your labs are all okay honey. Dont worry at all about the stall we all hit those. I have 3 times and its okay. Your doing great and you look FAB!!!! And when you hit a stall you usually are losing inches honey. Keep your chin up. Good Luck today :o) (((Hugs)))

focus on the positive and don't worry about it. you are doing incredible. look how far you have come! hopefully those labs will be good :)

Maureen, If my Doc told me he was mad or upset because I went a month without losing, I think I would probably SCREAM! You are doing a wonderful job and NEVER,NEVER lose sight of the BIG picture. Losing 139lbs is nothing to sneeze at, even if it took you 10yrs not 10 months!  You're doing fantastic!
