THURSDAY'S FEED BAG

Good morning!  What's everyone eating?  My pouch is grouchy this a.m. - and it was last night.  It usually isn't, and I'm not liking this!

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt with granola

L - Leftover chicken tacos (did NOT reheat well)

S - Kettle corn

D - Shrimp/gravy and grits - sounds yuck, but it's a southern dish that my Mom makes that's good.  But the grits didn't like me.  ICK!

Today:

B - Protein coffee
     Greek yogurt with apples

L - Tuna salad

D - Spaghetti

S - MOVIE POPCORN!!!

All my fluids, all my vits!

I need to be more accountable, so I think I'll join you. My days are backwards since I would the midnight shift, so I start with dinner and end with breakfast. I had a grouchy pouch day yesterday, so I didn't eat as much as I should. Hopefully today will be better.

D- Turkey meatballs with marinara and a few pieces of Barilla Plus pasta

S- Handful of popcorn

L- 3 chicken wings and 2 celery sticks

B- Protein coffee

I'm waiting to see how Petey (my pouch) is feeling later before planning todays menu. :)

I was howwible yesterday!!!!

B - nothing but coffee

L - skipped it - had a few cocoa roasted almonds here and there

D - Hamburger Helper Taco skillet meal - was pretty tasty!

Dessert - none


Today

B - nothing yet - just a few cups of coffee

L - the leftovers from last night's dinner

D - forgot to take the chicken breasts out of the freezer, so I'm not sure what I'll do with them in their frozen state.  I'm not a microwave defroster person.  I'm sure I'll think of something. I had planned to do the Chicken salsa dish.

Dessert - none.

Most of my fluids yesterday
Will try my demdest to get it all in plus more today.

Will do!  It's at home, I'm at work.  I'll post it for you when I get there.  Made with splenda and they are delish!  Perfect for this time of year.

Candy:  As promised, here is the recipe for the pumpkin muffins

2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 cups Splenda
3/4 veg. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1can of pumpkin

Preheat oven to 325.  Combine ingredients and bake for 30 min.

B - Muscle Milk Light protein shake

S - Greek Yogurt w/splenda

L - Bean soup

S - SF homemade pumpkin muffin

D - Chicken with garlic & olive oil green beans

S - SF popsicle and spoon of pb

TODAY

B - Turkey sausage link

S - Greek yogurt w/splenda

L - Wendy's chili (I hope)

S - Almonds

D - Grilled salmon with peach mango salsa & broccolli

S - probably a SF popsicle or SF pumpkin muffin
