Week One Follow Up
I was worried about that too, but it didn't seem to bother me. I wait until the END of my meal to eat my "starches." And I never thought a saltine could taste so good...LOL. I don't intend on eating too many of them though, since I have a bunch of sweet potatos in the fridge already for mashing. They have fewer carbies. I was more worried about it getting stuck, honestly - seems to me crackers are gummy once you chew them, but I took itty bitty teeny tiny bites.

LOL...I must have been channeling you when I ate it! I soaked it in some tea, took tiny bites, and held it in my mouth forever! LOL
