WEDNESDAY'S FEED BAG
Ugh, this isn't going to be pretty - but it's LESS ugly than it would've been pre-op!!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt with granola
S - Kettle corn
L - Vegetable beef soup
D - Here's ugly:
2 pieces of bread/butter
1 chicken taco, spoonful of black beans, guacamole (the platter was LOADED with 3
chicken tacos, a pile of rice, beans and guac)
CHEESECAKE! The three of us split two pieces of cheesecake - one pumpkin and one
red velvet - OMG! Both were to DIE for!!!! I think between the three of us, we finished the
equivalent of a whole piece.
Pre-op, I would've eaten the bread, the entire platter AND a whole piece of cheesecake by myself and been miserable. As it was, I could feel the sugar oozing its way through my blood and my blood started RACING!! I was happy that I was able to put my fork down when I did!
Today:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt w/apples
L - Leftovers
D - ?
All my fluids, all my vits!!!
Yesterday:
B-egg cheese & ham sandwhich on 1 slice of whole wheat bread.
S- light & fit yogurt
L- Jerked Tilapia (YUMMO), steamed broccoli & cauliflower
D- bbq chicken thigh, mashed potatoe & corn
I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

Thanks!! Yeah, you know it! I'd STILL be in a carb coma. I had the leftovers today, but I'm TICKED - they didn't give me the black beans (or worms, as Ang calls them), in with my leftovers!!! WTH!!!!
Jerked tilapia, huh? Ummmm......I think you'll agree that I've had enough jerks in my life, thankyouverymuch!!!! LOL!!!!!

Yesteday:
B: orange & oatmeal with protein powder
S: SF hot chocolate with SF almond syrup & protein powder
L: 1/4 chicken breast topped with spinach, swiss cheese, fresh mushrooms, and tomatoes
D: grilled soft crab, baby spinach salad with tomatoes, fresh 'shrooms, onion and feta cheese {no dressing}
Today:
B: cream of wheat with SF raspberry syrup & protein powder
L: 1/4 of seafood salad wrap {shrimp, crab & scallops} with lettuce, tomato, and onions.
1 crab stuffed portobello mushroom {was a small one!}
D: another 1/4 of the wrap I had for lunch
S: SF hot chocolate with SF almond syrup & protein powder
I have also gotten in all my vits & water!
