What is your favorite mushy?

Check the Super Walmart by you - they may carry it.  My fave brand is Fage - 0% fat, followed by Chobani - 0% fat.  Trader Joe's brand is good, too, but I know there's not one near you.  ROAD TRIP!  I'll take you.  If there's a Giant near you, they usually have the Chobani on sale.  I don't care for the Oikos brand - it's grainy.

Just make sure you get the plain - the fruit varieties have too much sugar.  You can add your own sweetener and fresh fruit or s/f preserves.

Tell Bob that you'll be a cheap date if/when you eat out now, so he won't even notice the difference in $.

Actually, scratch that - tell Bob that you are worth it!  And I said so!!!

i didnt like the mushy stage at all. mushed up tuna and stuff didnt visually agree with me, lol!

i ate the stuff, 90% of the time it was mushed chicken or mushed up beans.

i really liked it when the soft stage foods came

neither my husband or I liked Mushies either.  I think it's one of the worst stages...

i agree w/ the lady who said if you can blend it you can eat it. that is what i did. i took the stuff i liked to eat and blended it. it looked weird but still tasted good. i think the focus should always be protein though. hope you feel better soon!

Thanks for all the suggestions and Kelly thanks for the info on the Crofton support group.  I am going to try to make the next one.

Thanks
