I just want to thank everyone for all your help and support. I will not be having surgery at this time, maybe sometime in future.

I will continue to eat healthy and exercise.

It was a pleasure getting to know everyone.

Don't know the history because I haven't been around very often but just wanted to say no need to leave :-) We are a pretty friendly group of people and you should still hang out with us, on and off the board.

What made you decide not to do the surgery? Whether you have it or not, you are more than welcome here.

Robin so sorry to hear this news. You do not have to leave no matter what. We are still here to help and support you on your journey no matter where it may take you. I still would love to exercise just let me know when and where. We are all here for you. If you need to talk just pm me and I will help as much as I can. Nice meeting you too.
