May I say . . . .
How grateful I am to each and every one of you - who have gone before me and had the courage to have weight loss surgery. Your experience, knowledge and advice has made my journey to surgery so much easier. Thanks to you, I know that:
1). Roller coaster emotions are normal.
2). The process to get to surgery is challenging but worth it.
3). That there is an answer to every question.
4). That chap stick and mints are a must to take to the hospital.
5). That DaVinci Syrups are awesome (as I sit here sipping my Chocolate Carmel Protein Shake.
6). That I should take my Princess Pillow to hold on my tummy. . . .
There is no doubt that weight loss surgery has come a long way and it will keep getting easier for newbies like me, thanks to Angels like you. Have a great weekend everyone! I look forward to catching up with all of you next week. HUGS to ALL! Pam

Although I already consider you one of us, I'll be so happy for you when you're officially a loser. I look forward to getting THE CALL tomorrow and passing it along here.
Hopefully, you'll find, as many of us have, that the best way to express your gratitude is to pay it forward to a newbie!! That's why I continue to post even after 4+ years.
Hugs and love,
Tia
