FRIDAY'S FEED BAG
So....what's everyone eating? I found a recipe for ricotta crepes on another forum; I'm going to try them this weekend and report on them!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt with baked apples
L - Lima bean soup
S - Popcorn
D - Shrimp/crab soup
Today:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt with baked apples
L - Rotisserie chicken and sauteed squash
D - ?
All my fluids, all my vits!

Since I am actually tracking food again.
Yesterday:
B: egg & sausage biscuit
hot tea w/tsp sugar and tsp creamer
L: about 3 oz of lamb
1/2 inch square of baklava
S: some roasted peanuts, a granny smith apple and don't even ask how many Samoa cookies
D: 2 slices bbq chicken pizza, thin crust
Today:
B: sausage biscuit
hot tea
S: 1 cookie, roasted peanuts
L: maybe chicken pot pie
D: something at Fado's irish Pub in Annapolis
BEER
Yesterday:

L - Atkins bar - nothing looked appealing to me where we were at.
D - Baja Fresh bare burrito
Today:
B - coffee
L - Baja Fresh guacamole with some chips
D - thinking about making my chicken dish - everyone calls it something different, so Jerry and I call it the goulash, even though I'm not sure if that's the right name. I'm thinking it's more like a Brunswick - it's boiled chicken with mixed vegetables and tomatoes, based in a tomato sauce/juice, etc. Sometimes I include rice in it.
Chomping on my vitamin right now - working on staging my fluids today.
