So....what's everyone eating?  I found a recipe for ricotta crepes on another forum; I'm going to try them this weekend and report on them!

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
     Greek yogurt with baked apples

L - Lima bean soup

S - Popcorn

D - Shrimp/crab soup

Today:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt with baked apples

L - Rotisserie chicken and sauteed squash

D - ?

All my fluids, all my vits!

Since I am actually tracking food again.

Yesterday:

B: egg & sausage biscuit
     hot tea w/tsp sugar and tsp creamer

L: about 3 oz of lamb
    1/2 inch square of baklava

S: some roasted peanuts, a granny smith apple and don't even ask how many Samoa cookies

D: 2 slices bbq chicken pizza, thin crust

Today:

B: sausage biscuit
    hot tea

S: 1 cookie, roasted peanuts

L: maybe chicken pot pie

D: something at Fado's irish Pub in Annapolis

I hid 2 boxes in my house for the trip to India in December. Because everyone knows, there are no calories in an airplane.

They were always my faves, too!  And I see that Edy's has a Samoa ice cream!!  NOOOOO!

Of course there are no calories in an airplane!  And there'll be less if you "break" the cookies beforehand - no calories in broken cookies, either!

Yesterday: 
B- protein shake and coffee
L - Atkins bar - nothing looked appealing to me where we were at.
D - Baja Fresh bare burrito

Today:

B - coffee
L - Baja Fresh guacamole with some chips
D - thinking about making my chicken dish - everyone calls it something different, so Jerry and I call it the goulash, even though I'm not sure if that's the right name.    I'm thinking it's more like a Brunswick - it's boiled chicken with mixed vegetables and tomatoes, based in a tomato sauce/juice, etc.  Sometimes I include rice in it.

Chomping on my vitamin right now - working on staging my fluids today.

So much to do, so little time! 

Yesterday:

S - 1/2 bagel
L - 1/4 c. italian sausage stew
      1/4 c. tri-colored chick pea salad
S - mini scone
D - filet mignon
      potatoes/onions
      peas
S - applesauce

70 oz. fluids, 70g protein, all my vits

Today:

Pre-B - chai latte
B - 1/2 bagel w/egg and cheese
S - greek yogurt protein shake
L - dunno, will be at my sister's house
S - protein bar
D - dunno, whatever they are serving on the plane

Sorry!  I'm actually dreading a 9-hour plane ride with a bad back and knee!  :(

I can understand; got a 16 hr ride coming up in December.

Take those hot pain patches if you can find them before you leave. They helped my lower back a lot the last time I flew to India.
