Good morning!!!  This is great soup weather!  Mom made some awesome lima bean soup with ham!  Can't wait for lunch!

What's everyone eating?

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
      Pumpkin pancake with s/f syrup, bacon

L - 1/4 crab pretzel
      Chili - so hot I can STILL feel the heat!!!

D - Snow crab legs

Today:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt with baked applies

L - Lima bean soup

S - Popcorn

D - Crab soup

All my fluids, all my vits!

Yesterday:

B: Couple cheese cubes
L: Homemade vegetable soup
S: !/2 Muscle Milk protein bar
D: Chicken noodle soup

Fluids, and all vits.

B:  protein shake
L:  chicken cacciatore soup - which I PBed from.  I don't know what is with me and lunch but for the last two weeks this has been occurring.  What is wrong with me?
D:  protein shake

Maybe I'll do liquids for a few days.... maybe I am too tight... I haven't had a fill for over two year!!!  ggrrr
