GYM TIME............

I went to Merritt while I was a contractor. I loved my perosnal trainer there.

I can't join it again, not right now. I am working 10-11 hr days to get some comp time for my 3 weeks off in December.

I thought about the personal trainer since being accountable to myself is not getting it...  But I just can't add another $200 a month to our budget right now... *sigh*

Someday I will have a real job and be able to!

Nessa - Good for you!  I highy recommend the personal trainer routine.  I have been working out with a personal trainer twice a week since I was three months out and it has worked wonders for me!!  Very expensive!!  But I'm so worth it.  Where I used to give my money to food I now give it to the gym.  In addition to the 2 individual sessions I do a week with the gym I also do 2 group sessions with a trainer, so I'm working out 4 times a week.  I can really feel a difference.  Right now I've stopped dropping pounds but I'm dropping inches, so I imagine I'm changing my body fat over to muscle at this point.

my plan is monday and thursday with the trainer.

monday night is water aerobics
tuesday and friday is yoga...

so i'll be a busy girl...
