Nessa - Good for you! I highy recommend the personal trainer routine. I have been working out with a personal trainer twice a week since I was three months out and it has worked wonders for me!! Very expensive!! But I'm so worth it. Where I used to give my money to food I now give it to the gym. In addition to the 2 individual sessions I do a week with the gym I also do 2 group sessions with a trainer, so I'm working out 4 times a week. I can really feel a difference. Right now I've stopped dropping pounds but I'm dropping inches, so I imagine I'm changing my body fat over to muscle at this point.
