TUESDAY'S FEED BAG
So, what's everyone eating? Heather M. bought me the yummiest rotisserie chicken from Costco. I try rotiss chix everywhere I go, but these are the best I've found - and for $4.99 - you can't beat them. They're so versatile, too!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt with baked cinnamon apples
L - Crab soup
Watermelon
S - Popcorn
D - Rotisserie chicken, mixed veggies
S - Handful of dry roasted edamame
Today:
B - Protein coffee
4 Chick Fil-A chicken nuggets
L - Grilled shrimp
Mixed veggies
S - Greek yogurt
D - Pot roast with veggies
All my fluids, all my vits
Next!
B - coffee
L - leftover tuna salad
D - spinach and chicken from the bertolli farafelle thingie
Dessert - none - unless you call a shot of vodka one.
Today
B - coffee and a protein shake
L - lunch meat and cheese
D - chicken nuggets
Dessert - none
All fluids accomplished yesterday (and no I didn't count the vodka towards my fluids)
All fluids to be accomplished by this afternoon - with another 32 ounces to go this evening.
Yesterday:
Pre-B - Chai Latte
B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
L - salsa chicken
S - mango
S - protien bar
D - combo of beef stew and bean soup
S - bite of brownie
80 oz. fluids, 115g protein, all my vits.
Today:
Pre-B - Chai Latte
B - greek yogurt/banana protein shake
L - shrimp in cilantro sauce
S - protein bar
D - not sure yet...need to go to the grocery store
S - fruit
NEXT!!!
L: spinach salad with chicken, olives, and red onion
D: fish taco - fish, salsa, avocado, sour cream and a tortilla
lots of water throughout the day
4 mile run and hill training this afternoon... ugh!
You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!
