OMG, what a wealth of information .  I am in the Kaiser program, however I have not seen this binder.  I have the GB2 class sometime in January so maybe I will see it then.  I notice it is Richmond CA.   Regardless this is useful information.

Oh I know I printed it out and added it to my WLS binder too. Most of the stuff matches that of my surgeons plan too, so it was nice. The menu plans are the same too. :o) Your very welcome Linda ;o)
