I live in Pasadena, MD and I am a recently Roux-En-y'er, 10/27/09. I'm looking for people in my area to get together with, walk, talk, laugh, make friends , etc.
Anything going on in this area I can join, or anyone want to get together?

Hello and welcome to the MD board. I live in Laurel, but tend to spend quite a bit of time in that area. The gym that I go to is Transformations of Odenton off RTE 175. I LOVE that place.

Also we have Crofton Support Group meetings at the library in crofton. Kelly Wheeler will make post about those when one is coming up.

Hello and Welcome. I used to live in Pasadena and I now live in Millersville. However, I'm also the one who has the job from hell that never allows me to make most of the social events planned. I also attend the Crofton Support Group meetings when I can. I'm a member of World Gym on Quarterfield Rd in Glen Burnie. Watch the boards and you'll see fun stuff posted. We just had a great dinner get together at Woodfire in Severna Park. If there's ever a specific time you want to meet for a walk or something.. just post or PM and I'm there if I can make it.

Hi and welcome, I live in Crofton and will agree that the meetings are nice for support. I would love to exercise but I don't get to Pasadena much. If possible I would love to try to exercise with you and maybe others one day. Maybe you can try to attend the Crofton meeting.
