FRIDAY'S FEED BAG
And so begins my struggle. I do well, for the most part, during the week, but the weekends are TOUGH for me. Sigh. Better than they used to be, for sure!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt with granola
S - Pita chips/pb
L - Baked ziti (okay, baked MEAT really!)
D - Ledo's personal cheese pizza
Today:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt with granola
L - Greek food!!!!!
D - ?
All my fluids, all my vits!!!
Next!!!!

I am really struggling to eat today since I am fighting awful back pain but here is mine for yesterday:
Breakfast~
Protein coffee
Peaches n Cream oatmeal
Snack~
1 Green apple sliced dipped in PB (Choosy Moms choose Jif lol )
Lunch~
Big ole bowl of Mikes chili he made
Snack~
Slice of SF cherry pie with cool whip
Dinner~
Chicken Breast corn and red taters from Boston Chicken I did NOT eat my cornbread and I was so proud of myself for that. Its a weakness of mine.
2 SF fudgesciels and coffee while watching Greys
A low sugar muffin Mike baked me after Greys LOL The most I have ate in weeks!!!
All vitamins and most of my fluids.............................today its 1:30 and I have not ate a thing. ;o(

For some reason I always eat less than I should on the weekends. I think it's sleeping more and lack of structure! Looking forward to some goodies tomorrow though!

1/2 cookie
S - rest of sandwich and cookie
S - greek yogurt/strawberry/banana protein shake
D - taco casserole (a.k.a. slop)
S - watermelon
