WOOT!! You know how I feel and you have my advice on dealing with Dr. S' office! A certain someone says" she answers e-mails before voicemails, but I found that to not be true. Definitely follow up with phone calls and as Tia said...DOCUMENT!!

LOL Ok I had to laugh because I am EXACTLY where you are in this process. I met with nurtionist 10 days ago so Tracy should have all of my stuff. Now I wait for it to go to Teresa. I spoke with her yesterday and she said she calls before submitting to review everything. I know I will also be so excited once it is filed. Good luck to you.
