Getting a late start myself today.  Plus trying to do work at the same time is not helping!  LOL!

Yesterday:

B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
L - chicken breast
D - chicken stroganoff
       baked apples
S - protein bar

70 oz. fluids, 97g protein, all my cits

Today -

Pre-B - chai latte
B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
L - chicken stroganoff
       baked apples
S - protein bar
D - Beef Stew!!!!!
S - pumpkin bread

Okay, now you've got me wanting some garlic shrimp and green beans.  Is this your own recipe or leftover Chinese?  Thanks!!

My own.  I just saute the shrimp in olive oil and garlic, and add almost cooked frozen green beans - the sauteeing finishes the cooking.
