I saw my first commercial, too - for Walmart, I think.  Yeah, it's a'comin!!!! 

Have you made the pumpkin bread before?  If it turns out okay, wouldja share the recipe?

Nope, I found the recipe on another forum but haven't tried it yet.  I will only post the recipe if it turns out okay.  If it sucks, it's not worth anyone trying it!

Good afternoon - it's a beautiful day and I'm working from home!  Yay!

Here are my three:

1.  My pre-op appointment was today, and I've had my blood work done.  My EKG is scheduled for next Monday and then its all systems go!  My surgeon is a dream...just wonderful.  He answered all my questions and then some.  I'm all ready to go!

2.  My husband.  He is excited about my surgery as I am.

3.  My Sadie is doing a lot better.  She has some nerve damage due to the allergic reaction she suffered, but other than that, she's back to her old self.

T-one week and counting, babycakes!!!!  I'm SO excited for you!!!!!  How long did you say you were going to stay at your Mom's?  I'll come visit once you're back home in Aberdeen.

I'm glad your surgeon is everything you want.  That's very, very important!!!

I'm sorry to hear Sadie has nerve damage, but as long as she's not in pain and has a good quality of life....!!

My surgeon is amazing.  Such a nice man...and not so bad to look at either...  ;-)  The whole practice has been wonderful.  There wasn't a question they couldn't answer, and they are so thorough.  I had knee surgery last year and it was horrible - they couldn't get their stuff together and it was a mess right up until the day before surgery.  This has been a completely different experience.  I'm all set except for my EKG and I'm soooo excited!  Nervous, but excited!

And Sadie's ok.  She's still pulling the poor pitiful puppy routine, but when we got back from the doctor today she was running around all happy.  You would have thought we had been gone for days and days...not a couple of hours!
