i know what you mean. you get very sensitive to it once you stop eating so much of it. you might want to try some egg protein powder. i'll bring some saturday for you to try. just add a little fruit and/or sweetener and flavorings to make your own shakes if the shakes you have are too sweet.
i agree. cheap chocolate hurts my insides. i'd rather eat something worth it if i'm gonna do it LOL. that is actually how i dealt w/ some of it. for thanksgiving i'm so eating my mom's homemade apple pie. but i'm going to actually try to eat only enough so that i don't dump. wish me luck LOL.
