2 more weeks till tomato products... that will make eggs easier (i love salsa and eggs) and ricotta and sauce... yummmy.
ok I"m going to hijack your thread:
chicken...3 bites to heavy just not a good feeling
beef.. tates great.. till you chew it to a pulp and the texture irks me and then 3 bites and i'm done..
things I'm eating
cottage cheese
cheddar cheese
swiss cheese
tuna steaks
lump crabmeat
imitation crab
some diced canned in juice peaches (with the cottage cheese)
eating some spinach...
just not doing great with food...
i had scallops the other nite and liked them... so i'll try some of that.
I like beans... but then i have to seriously supplement protein...

yea that is hard. for me i could tolerate alot pretty early out. i think that is partly why i didn't lose as much. so it is kinda good sorta kinda LOL. i think maybe w/ the chicken you should add alot of wet stuff to it like mayo or yogurt and seasonings? not sure how you are eating it now. or cook it like you would in soup but don't drink too much of the broth. that might help w/ the chicken. i think as long as it is really moist, it doesn't bother you as much. if you like seafood, maybe try other types of seafood like flouder or tilapia. those are soft naturally. turkey tends to be very soft too. and you are correct, once you can get the tomatoes, you can do the salsa and eggs. we'll talk more about it saturday.
