I totally love chobani and it gives you tons of protein. If you want to try something a little different, add a heaping tsp of sf decaf suisse mocha international coffee and 1 pk splenda to plain nonfat chobani. This is my favorite way of eating it.

Yes I forgot! Another way to eat plain Chobani is to mix some PB2 and splenda with it. MMMMM tastes like peanut butter pie filling!!

Thanks everyone for all the support.  I think post-op I'll stick to the plain Chobani and just doctor it up.  That way I'll know exactly what I am getting.  I really want to try it with salsa - sounds like it could be a healthy yet decadent thing.
